Have you seen the new Etkin Office building going up in Royal Oak, Michigan?
This building will be used as a commercial office space and has the most convenient ground floor parking for those who are lucky enough to work in it. We are more than excited to be a part of this project which has a mix of precast finishes of sandblast and brick. This week the contractor is installing windows and cladding to complete the façade of the building.
The Etkin office building like we mentioned is in downtown Royal Oak, which is directly across the street from the 2nd Street Parking Deck, another past project of ours that was completed in June of last year.
