• Additional Info: When the decision was made to build the Lakeridge LTC complex at the Lakeridge Hospital site in Ajax the issue of adequate space for parking arose such that both buildings were adequately serviced for their respective parking needs. The solution was arrived at to use a total precast parking structure to satisfy these requirements.
  
  The 4 storey, total precast parking structure with over 550 parking spots was manufactured offsite allowing critical and time sensitive site work to be completed without interruption. As the site became ready the installation phase of the precast superstructure began.
